KBZE 105.9FM is very proud of its broadcasts of Lady Tiger Volleyball.
In 2006, 105.9FM covered the Lady Tigers in the Quarter-Final, Semi-Final and Final games, in Kenner, La.
Unfortunately, the girls captured the runner-up trophy in 2006, as pictured above.

Needless to say, we are very honored to have
broadcast their 2006 tournament.

Below is a look at their 2006 record:
Morgan City (10th seed):
Record: 25-13 overall, 8-0 district
District Finish: 1st
Bi-District Round: def. No. 23 Breaux Bridge 3-0 (25-7, 25-15, 25-9)
Regional: def. No. 7 Northside 3-0 (25-15, 25-22, 25-21)
Quarterfinal: def. No. 15 Chalmette 3-1 (22-25, 25-19, 25-20, 25-16)
Semi-Final: def. No. 6 Ben Franklin 3-2 (17-25, 25-21, 25-23, 22-25, 15-6)
Final: lost to No. 1 Sacred Heart 3-0 (25-11, 25-21, 25-12)

Morgan City last reached the state championship in 1987.
However, we hope to continue as the Voice of the Tigers,
for many years to come!
